*The Bahama Soul Club: "Never Roam No More feat. John Lee Hooker" (Bohemia After Dawn 2020) Led by multi-inst. producer & composer Oliver Belz German based BSC features soul, jazz, funk, bossa, etc. JLH: Amer. blues legend.
*Parov Stelar: "My Man feat. Lightnin Hopkins" (The Burning Spider 2017) Austrian DJ & electronic music producer Marcus Fureder founded Etage Noir Recordings. LH: blues, sing/songwr. guitarist.

*Omegaman: "The Sands Of Time feat. Emily Molloy" (Universal Rhythm 2022) Australian producer, composer & DJ Marc Scully works with musicians from the US, Canada & Australia on this project. EM: singer from Vancouver BC
*Thievery Corporation: "Take My Soul feat. LouLou" (Culture Of Fear 2011) Amer. electronic duo Rob Garza & Eric Hilton goes from Middle Eastern & Indian music to reggae and dub. LL: Austin TX singer & keyboardist.

*Empresarios: "Bailando" (El Sonido Magico 2012) Five piece Latin fusion band from Wash. DC led by Javier Miranda (vox, conga, producer) bring a cross cultural mix of Latin, house, trip hop & reggaeton.
*Grupo Fantasma: "Nubes" (American Music, Vol. 7 2019) Austin TX Latin band led by Beto Martinez (guit.) with Jose Galeano on percussion & vocals.
*Los Fabulosos Cadillacs: "Manuel Santillan, El Leon" (Vasos VacĂ­os 1993) Argentinian rock/ska band from Buenos Aires noted for their irreverent, humorous lyrics with political undertones. 

*Nujabes: "Kumomi" (Metaphorical Music 2003) Japanese hip hop & jazz music producer. Nujabes is Jun Seba, (real name) spelled backwards. Was hit by a car and died after a recording session in 2010.
*Uyama Hiroto: "Unconscious" (Freeform Jazz 2016) Japanese saxophonist, multi-inst. & producer collaborated with Nujabes as well as many other artists like Japanese rapper Coma-Chi.
*Boozoo Bajou: "Hohensonne" (Finistere 2023) German downt. & dubtronica from Florian Seyberth & Peter Heider embrace a wide variety of styles with their electronic music.
*Bonobo: "Second Sun" (Migration 2017) British musician, producer & DJ based in LA Simon Green incorporates jazz and world music into is electronic sound.

*Big Audio Dynamite: "London Bridge" (Megatop Phoenix 1989) Formed by Mick Jones (vox & guitar) after he was ousted from The Clash. They played from 1986 to 1998 when they disbanded.
*The English Beat: "Save It For Later" (Special Beat Service 1982) Formed in Birmingham, UK by guitarist/singer Dave Wakeling in 1978 they had to change their name to "English Beat" because of a US band with the name The Beat.
*Squeeze: "Heaven" (East Side Story 1981) UK band feat. songwriting duo Chris Difford (lyrics) & Glenn Tilbrook (music) (both guitar/vocals.) Considered heirs apparent to Lennon & McCartneys throne in the 70s.

*Stanton Moore: "For The Record" (Flyin' The Koop 2001) Amer. jazz/rock/funk drummer/bandleader from New Orleans was a founding member of Galactic & Garage A Trois.
*The Funk Ark: "419" (High Noon 2012) Funk/afrobeat band formed by musician/composer Will Rast (Antibalas & Ocote Soul Sounds)
*Sugarman 3: "Funky So-And-So" (Pure Cane Sugar 2002) Funky boogaloo band from NYC led by sax player Neal Sugarman influenced by Brother Jack McDuff and The Meters. Sugarman also formed The Dap-Kings with Gabriel Roth.
