*De-Phazz: "I Sing feat. Pat Appleton" (Prankster Bride 2016) German downtempo jazz ensemble led by producer/sound painter Pit Baumgartner. PA: German sing/songwr.

*Don "Sugarcane" Harris: "Which Way Is The Bathroom" (Keep On Driving 1970) Amer. singer, violinist & guitarist recorded as Don and Dewey in the 50's, but is best known for his work with FZ, J Otis & John Mayall.
*Frank Zappa: "Rdnzl" (The Lost Episodes 1996) Amer. composer, guitarist, vocalist, conductor, filmmaker & producer. This is the earliest recording of Rdnzl from the Studio Z days in Cucamonga.
*Jean-Luc Ponty: "Ethereal Mood" (Cosmic Messenger 1978) French composer, violinist & keyboardist plays jazz & jazz fusion. His punchy, bebop sound was influenced more by horn players than other violinists.

*Jethro Tull: "My Sunday Feeling" (This Was 1968) Originally playing experimental blues rock, JT expanded their sound to include classical, folk, world, jazz & art rock led by singer/flutist Ian Anderson.
*The Jimi Hendrix Experience: "Burning Of The Midnight Lamp" (Electric Ladyland 1968) Amer. guitar virtuoso, songwriter & singer Jimi Hendrix backed a who's who of R&B greats before exploding onto the rock scene. Many consider him the greatest guitarist of all time.
*Black Joe Lewis & The Honeybears: "Livin' In The Jungle" (Scandalous 2011) Amer. blues, funk & soul artist Joe Lewis came out of the Austin TX music scene in 2009.

*Bonobo: "Kong" (Black Sands 2010) British musician, producer & DJ based in LA, Simon Green began with trip hop and has since broadened his palette to include jazz & world music to augment his electronic sound.

*Flevans: "Rekindle" (Stand Tall 2024) Brit. multi-inst. DJ & producer Nigel Evans' style straddles funk, breaks, soul & electronica. 
*Misha Panfilov & Golden Rules: "On The Hook" (The Originals 3 2023) Estonian multi-inst. prod. M Panfilov wrote, produced & plays five of the instruments on this track.
