*Covet: "Glimmer (acoustic)" (Single-2019) Yvette Young is the leader of Covet. She plays guitar, piano & violin. Yvette writes by singing parts to herself then matching the sound on her guitar. She is a self taught guitarist.
*Bei Bei & Shawn Lee: "Love In Hong Kong" (Year Of The Funky 2017) Bei Bei is a Chinese ghuzeng master, comp. & teacher living in So. Cal. Shawn Lee is an Amer. prod. multi-inst. comp. living in London.
*Shawn Lee & Clutchy Hopkins: "Ancient Chinese Secret" (Fascinating Fingers 2009) Shawn Lee is an Amer. multi-inst. comp. prod. & Clutchy Hopkins is the mystery musician that no one knows anything about. Where & how the two of them learned the "Ancient Chinese Secret" is also unknown.
*Novalima: "Aqui Y Ahora feat. Pablo Watusi" (La Danza Pt. 2 EP ) Novalima is a Peruvian band & prod. team playing Afro-Peruvian music with electronic and international influences. They originally formed while in high school. Pablo Watusi is a Colombian sing/songwr.
*Juaneco Y Su Combo: "Mujer Hilandera" (Leyenda Amazonica 2016) J y Su Combo is from Pucallpa, Peru. They play 'cumbia selvatica' (cumbia from the jungle.) Formed in the early 60s by Juan Wong Paredes.
*Lucia De La Cruz: "Toro Mata" (Siempre Contigo 1974) Peruvian singer performing Afro-Peruvian music. Toro Mata is a Peruvian folk song. Her breakthrough came in the 70s when she recorded "Vieja Limena" which became a beloved classic.
*New Visionaries: "Spiritual World" (Roadmaps 2024) The collaboration came about when UK based Australian Joel Sarakula (keys, bass, guit.) was stuck in the Netherlands during COVID. He teamed with Dutch musician Phil Martin (drums, perc. keys, bass, guit.)
*Jet Set Swe: "Sicilian Clan" (From Sweden With Love 2008) Jet Set Swe is Martin Persson (Hammond B-300, accordion & piano) Jerker Eklund on guitars, Mats Deltin on bass & Ola Bothzen on drums perc.
*The Electones: "A Dreamless Sleep Will Do Just Fine" (If You'll Be Null, I'll Be Void 2009) Norwegian jazz/electronic/pop group feat. Hallvard Hagen & Jens Petter Nilsen (who are Xploding Plastic) with vox Rita Augestad Knudsen. Described as: "a picturesque border territory between jazz, folk & electronica."
*Dr. Rubberfunk: "With Love feat. Stephanie Whitelock" (My Life At 45 2020) Brit. multi-inst. comp. & prod. Simon Ward playing electronic, hip hop, jazz, funk, soul & blues. He also did an album called "My Life At 33."
*Flevans: "By Your Side" (Stand Tall 2024) Nigel Evans is a multi-inst. prod. & DJ from Brighton in the UK. He plays funk, soul, breaks & electronic music. Lyrics by Canadian soul singer Tanika Charles.
