*Wax Poetic: "Oriental Wind feat. Ilhan Ersahin" (Nublu Sessions 2003) NY based trip hop band founded by Turkish saxophone instrumentalist, composer & producer Ilhan Ersahin. His NYC night club Nublu hosts musicians from around the globe playing a wide variety of styles.
*Zakir Hussain: "Balinese Fantasy" (ZH & The Rhythm Experience 1987) Virtuoso tabla player Zakir Hussain was born in Bombay, India. He took over his father's job as tabla player for Indian sitar player & composer Ravi Shankar.
*Liftoff: "Shine" (Sunday Morning Airplay 2011) Fort Knox Recordings artists Johnna Raskin (bass, vox), Steve Raskin (drum prog. guit. & keys), Rob Myers (guit. & sitar) & Steve Albert (guit. & keys) make up Liftoff

*Espen Horne: "Magnetica" (Single 1997) Multi-faceted Norwegian producer Espen Horne is the man behind Bobby Hughes Experience & Combination as well as collaborations with artists like Kinny & other Norwegian musicians.
*Vito Lalinga (Vi Mode Inc. Project): "Fbi Investigations" (Acid Jazz & Funky Grooves 2021) Vito Lalinga taught himself to play guitar at age 6. At 13 he stands out from his peers and loves the music of Ramsey Lewis & Eddie Kendricks. He is most interested in funk and jazz & modern production methods.

*Tosca: "Forte" (J.A.C. 2005) Austrian downt. duo of Richard Dorfmeister & Rupert Huber met in school and began experimenting with tape machines. They reunited in the early 2000s and began releasing their signature downtempo music.
*St. Germain: "So Flute (Ludovic Navarre Amapiano Reprise)" (Extra Cabin Baggage 2021) French musician, producer & composer Ludovic Navarre took the stage name St. Germain after an 18th century aristocrat who claimed to be over 100 yrs. old. He combines house music and nu jazz for his lush sound.
*Soulstance: "Soul Ensemble" (Life Size 2003) Italian brothers Gianni (drums & percussion) & Vincenzo (bass, guitars, flute & keys) Lo Greco from Milan are influenced by Brazilian music, 70s groove, Latin & soulful jazz.

*Sonido De La Frontera: "La Ambicion" (Cumbia Mundial 2014) Singer/songwr. Karlos Paez, producer Mr. Henshaw & DJ Unite craft a bass oriented dance driven sound unique to the border between San Diego Ca. and Tijuana Mex.
*Los Mocosos: "En El Amor" (Shades Of Brown 2001) Latin rock, hip and ska band from SF, Ca. play subversive, conscious party music that pays homage to an earlier era of Latin rock, lowriders & Chicano civil rights.
*Los Lobos: "Maricela" (Colossal Head 1996) Multiple Grammy winning Latin rockers from Dixon, Ca. play TexMex, country, folk, R&B, blues, brown-eyed soul and traditional Spanish & Mexican music.
*Los Hacheros: "Cha-Cha Herzila" (Pilon 2012) Brooklyn's Los Hacheros play modern versions of folkloric styles like son montuno, guaracha and salsa combined  with fiery Puerto Rican Bomba.

*Kinny & Horne: "Queen Of Boredness" (Forgetting To Remember 2005) Norwegian producer, comp. musician E Horne teams up with ex-pat sing/songwr. Canadian Caitlin Simpson now based in Norway on this brilliant electro funk soul outing.
*Kylie Auldist: "Still Into You" (The Bamboos Present Kylie Auldist 2008) Samoan Australian soul funk singer is best known as the vocalist with The Bamboos, but has five solo albums to her credit. In 2008 Kylie went to the UK with the band and was immediately signed to Tru Thoughts records.
*Nicole Willis & UMO Orchestra: "Togetherness" (My Name Is Nicole Willis 2017) Amer. sing/songwr. N Willis began her career in the 80s in NYC but has since relocated to Helsinki, Finland.

*Nickodemus: "Mirage feat. Kissey Asplund" (Moon People 2012) DJ/producer Nick DeSimone is a NYC based artist who runs Wonderwheel Recordings and produces World music dance grooves in collaboration with varied artists like Afrika Bambaataa, The Candela Allstars & The NY Gypsy Allstars. KA is a singer from Sweden.
*Nostalgia 77: "Crescent City" (A Journey Too Far 2013) Nostalgia 77 aka producer composer Ben Lamdin is known for his varied fusion of styles from heavy funk to hip hop based beats & dusty jazz.
*Ohm Guru: "This Is The Song (Good Luck) feat. Faraa" (The End Is The Beginning ) Italian musician producer sound engineer Riccardo Rinaldi known for his electronic soul and music company One Eyed Fish.

*Nicola Conte: "Jazz Pour Dadine" (Jet Sounds 2000) Italian latin jazz artist, composer & producer records on his own and collaborates with many other artists on his regular Italian label Schema.
*Monsieur Blumenberg: "Love In Tokyo" (Japanite 2020) Solo project of Kikko (Federico) Montefiori of Montefiori Cocktail with songs dedicated to Japan. 
*Low Fidelity Jet Set Orchestra: "Wasabi Sauce" (Searching For A Bit Of Popularity 2008) Formed by Dave Masoch and Paolo "Apollo" Negri LFJSO plunge into deep funk roots, bossa nova & Hammond organ grooves.

*Ebo Taylor: "Kwame" (Love & Death 2010) Ghanaian guitarist, composer, bandleader & producer Ebo Taylor is known for highlife and afrobeat music. He incorporates jazz and funk to create his own recognizable sound.
*Dr. Adolph Ahanotu: "Ijere" (Sensation 1986) Nigerian composer, singer, trumpet & tenor saxophone player also holds a PhD in music composition as well as three masters in music, education & communication.
*Malombo: "Sangoma" (Sangoma 1978) Pretoria So. Africa band led by multi-insts Philip Tabane & Duze Mahlobo is one of So. Africa's longest standing groups launching many musical careers.
*Mulatu Astatke: "Yekatit" (Ethiopiques Vol. 4 1998) Blended Latin jazz with Ethiopian music to create Ethiojazz.  Known as the 'father of Ethiopian jazz.'
